First Holy Communion

The traditional year for preparation for the sacrament of the Eucharist is the 2nd grade. Life sometimes prevents that from occurring. Sacramental preparation may take place at different times in the lives of our children and youth.

Grade 2 uses a Diocesan approved First Eucharist Sacramental Program, along with Sacramental classes where the parent and child attend class together. During these classes the parents and children will be engaged in a number of activities to enrich the learning experience for all participating.

*Please note that 2 consecutive years of preparation are required.
